Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Landscape Project Manager to lead and oversee and manage high-end residential landscape installation projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential landscape installation and project management, demonstrating the ability to deliver projects on time, within budget, and with exceptional quality. As the Landscape Project Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the success of our projects and maintaining our reputation for excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage detailed project schedules and budgets. Allocate resources and oversee projects from inception to completion.
  • Read plans. create proposals, prepare change orders, take offs, and engage in bidding.
  • Conduct regular site visits and surveys to gather project information and assess site conditions.
  • Coordinate and communicate with clients, contractors, and internal teams/departments to ensure project requirements and expectations are met.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio, fostering strong, long-term relationships through regular communication and prompt responses to inquiries.
  • Ability to work independently
  • Instruct crews on proper planting techniques
  • Ability to operate machinery, such as a loader, skid steer, dingo
  • Implement and maintain high-quality standards for all landscaping work ensuring client satisfaction and project excellence.

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in landscape installation project management (required)
  • Valid driver’s license and a clean 3-year DMV driving record
  • The ability to read and understand plans (required)
  • Horticultural and landscape construction knowledge; specifically south Florida plants
  • Bilingual is a plus, but not required

Pay: $75,400.00 - $83,200.00 per year, based on experience
